Customers may return products within 14 days from receipt, with shipping costs deducted and processed through the customer account, customer service phone, or email.

If a product is defective, damaged during shipping, does not match the website description, or is proven to be counterfeit, it can be returned free of charge within 30 days from receipt, with a refund issued within a maximum of 14 business days.

Returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened and sealed when applicable, including all accessories, labels, and any complimentary items.
